As the Product Manager of NextSteps at Jesus Film Project, he has spent the past 14 years leading digital solutions that equip ministries with innovative technology. Before stepping into full-time ministry, Sway spent 25+ years in the tech industry, from startup entrepreneur to senior software architect, building high-performance teams and scalable digital solutions in telecommunications, financial services, and education. Now, his heart is fully invested in supporting missionaries, amplifying life-changing impact stories, and creating sustainable ways for people to engage in supporting missions.

With deep expertise in digital strategy, software development, and product innovation, Sway brings a unique blend of technical leadership and mission-driven passion.  Beyond technology, Sway is a creative at heart, enjoying playing the piano, traveling, cooking with his amazing wife Jennifer, and staying active with BodyPump and spin classes. He lives in Florida and has a 24-year old son, Jeremy.
