Welcome to Missionsvine.org, operated by Missions Vine, Inc. (EIN: 39-2841639), a registered Florida nonprofit 501(c)(3). By using this website or participating in our services, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, donate, or participate in community features.

  • Our services are open globally but are governed by U.S. law.

2. Donations & Recurring Giving

  • Donations are tax-deductible in the U.S. to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • By setting up a recurring donation, you authorize Missions Vine to charge your selected payment method on a monthly basis until canceled.

  • You may cancel anytime through your donor dashboard or by contacting [email protected].

  • All donations are final and non-refundable unless a clear error has occurred.

3. Use of Funds

  • 100% of donations to Mission Funds go directly to missionary work.

  • Operational expenses are funded separately through “The Vine” operations fund.

  • Missions Vine reserves the right to reallocate donations within a fund to best support vetted missionaries and projects.

4. Missionary Content & Updates

  • Missionaries may share photos, videos, and updates with donors. These are their responsibility and do not necessarily represent Missions Vine’s views.

  • Missions Vine does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of missionary-submitted content.

5. Community Standards

  • Donors and missionaries may interact in private groups hosted on Missions Vine platforms (e.g., Innovation Communities).

  • You agree not to post unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.

  • Missions Vine reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All text, design, and branding of Missions Vine are owned by Missions Vine, Inc.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit site content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Missions Vine is not liable for any damages arising from use of the website, reliance on missionary updates, or interruptions in service.

  • All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Missions Vine, Inc., its directors, staff, missionaries, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the site or participation in community features.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Florida courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
