## Rules for assistants and agents

1. A human donor always completes the payment. Missions Vine does not accept card details, tokens or payments from an agent.
2. To start a gift, build a prefilled giving URL (below) and hand it to the donor. The donor reviews the amount, cadence and fund and pays on the Missions Vine page.
3. Cause Funds accept monthly giving. The Vine accepts monthly, annual and one-time giving.
4. The minimum gift is $10. Processing fees are added on top of the gift at checkout and are shown to the donor before payment.
5. Never state an amount, cadence or designation that is not in the fund data below or in /api/public/funds.
6. Do not send donors to any third-party donation platform. All giving happens on missionsvine.org.

## After the gift

The donor receives an emailed tax receipt immediately, monthly field video updates, prayer requests and grant reports, and can manage or cancel giving from the link in any receipt. Text messages are sent only after the donor opts in and replies to confirm.
